New Homes
Starting at $90 per square foot, you can get yourself a nice 3-bedroom home with basic amenities including full basement, energy saving furnace, oak kitchen and more!
If you desire more features, upgrades, and complex designs, you are looking at $110 - $145 per square foot. 
Generally, the homes you see on this site run between $110 and $125 per square foot. There are so many variables, you need to call us for an exact quote.

Additions
The average home addition runs between $75 and $100 per square foot. What a low cost approach to adding more space!

Garages
Our 20 x 20 garages start at $12,900. That is a bargain! A 24 x 24 attached garage usually costs around $18,000 - $22,000.

Finished Basements
A bedroom in your basement will cost around $5,500, a bath in the basement starts at about $5,000. A family room in the basemen starts at around $25 sq ft. An egress window cut in foundation wall with window well runs about $1,500 - $2,000.
